Shorts Trailer: If it weren’t for Rodriguez directing, I’d dismiss this

Hi all, Quaid here with the premiere of Robert Rodriguez’s newest kiddie flick Shorts.

Now, it doesn’t do much for me, but it does seem to be a tad more creative than most kiddie fare.  I prefer that Rodriguez do more “adult-oriented” movies, preferably with Danny Trejo and a scantily clad Selma Hayek, but there is part of me that digs how he will change it up and do a fun family flick every once in a while–and that he seems to put the same passion into this kind of movie that he would into a Desperado-type film.

I wonder if that rainbow-colored magic rock has any special significance…

Here is the trailer.
